[Feature Request] Allow a golem provider to cleanly shutdown i.e. set it to complete current task but not accept new ones.

As a reputation system gets implemented for providers it will be good to have a system to not shutdown a provider mid task.
It would be best to be able to set a provider to complete a current task but not to accept new ones and then shutdown.

Any plans for implementing this feature. I feel it is mandatory to ensure smooth operations of requestors with minimal interruptions and repeat work (and unnecessary expenses).
