Update with the fact that goClipse was abanadoned in 2017. I wasted time installing it and it failed to work with eclipse 2019-12. There are no warnings when installing eclipse plugins that have been abandoned years ago, or that they do not work. An abandonment notice could be very useful for users reviewing this listing.

The generated vimrc file from this has some very strange/surpriisng options (set binary bom noswapfile nobackup) which may cause data corruption, as well as some other surprises. It doesn't even have anything to do with Go; looks like it was added by the author to promote their project
