@ianlancetaylor requested issue #69840 to be considered for backport to the next 1.23 minor release.

@gopherbot Please open backport issues.

This test failure is due to a change in the tzdata files on OpenBSD. We should either backport the (trivial) fix or have some other way to ignore the test failure on the builders.
