我在Harbor实际的工作场景中，在研发将代码打包成镜像后，因为是公司内网环境，无法从命令行和CI/CD工具将镜像上传到Harbor上。我发现Helm Chart可以从Harbor UI界面将Chart上传到Harbor中，如果镜像包也可以实现这个功能，这将是一个很伟大的发展历程。

Unfortunately, it's not currently not supported to push artifact via Harbor UI.
