In human resource management system there is only one user (admin) who can add as many roles as he/she wants. The system’s structure consists of many components such as departments, roles, employees and employee profiles, teams, calendar, time tracker, timesheet, documents tasks, surveys, events, blog, career, reports, organization chart, notification and message center.

Employees – Here you can find the whole list of company’s employees and a lot of information about them for instance what department they belong to, which positions they hold, how much is their salary, when is the next payday, when they were recruited, etc. What about Employee Profile, here you can see the profile of your desired employee and the information they recorded by themselves, that is basic info(Name, Surname, Patronymic name, Email address , Photo, Social Media Profile Links(Facebook, Linkedin,Twitter) and so on. All this information can be downloaded, exported printed in various formats (PDF,Word,Excel, etc). And most importantly at the end we can create reports according to this information and then download it.

Here you can add tasks for himself or be assigned from the head of the department. Here you can see also birthday of collages, events or salary paydays. Additionally, you can customize calendar design or title by choosing desired color for each part.

11. Blog – Blog is to produce a content. Blog’s topics will relate to company, employees, used technologies or sphere-related stuff. Posts are both visible to company employees and to the public. They all can share the post to social media platforms, such as facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc.
12. Careers – Here you can find everything about vacancies, applicants and interviews.
You can add vacancies and make them both private (for company employees only) and public which is visible to everyone and which they will apply to with an application form.
In Applicant part you can see who applied and for which position. After posting vacant positions and getting applications you can select the most suitable ones as candidates and plan interviews for each of them.
13. Organization Chart – The organization chart is a diagram showing graphically the relation of one official to another, or others, of a company. It is also used to show the relation of one department to another, or others, or of one function of an organization to another, or others. This chart is valuable in that, it enables to visualize a complete organization, by means of the picture it presents. A company's organizational chart typically illustrates relations between people within an organization. Such relations might include managers to sub-workers, directors to managing directors, chief executive officer to various departments, and so forth.
