Use Metamask to click max, can't transfer all funds

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Metamask to click max
  2. Click signature to transact

Expected behavior

All funds have been transferred

Use Metamask to click max, can't transfer all funds

This is expected as any transaction requires pCKB to pay the fee.
