Project Settings window too small when using different language

It's somewhat recent, because there used to be less tabs.

System information

Issue description

Project Settings window is fine in English, but some languages have longer tab names. This is how it looks by default in Polish:

The last tab is hidden and you need to either scroll tabs or slightly increase window size:

The default size should be changed to accommodate longer languages.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change editor language
2. Open Project Settings
