Issue description

Example:

[b]Note:[/b] The default editor code font (Hack) does not have contextual ligatures in its font file.

Relevant file: https://github.com/godotengine/godot/blob/master/doc/classes/EditorSettings.xml

Relevant properties: code_font_contextual_ligatures, code_font_custom_opentype_features and code_font_custom_variations.

The code font was changed to JetBrains Mono in #36198.

AFAIK, this is only relevant to the in-engine documentation and tooltips.
