Incorrect escaping of HTML in the quiz summary #2734

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a quiz with bold, italic and/or underline formatting in a quiz question (by highlighting the text and then selecting B, I or U)
  2. Take the quiz as a student. Note how the formatting is correct while taking the quiz.
  3. Finish the quiz.
  4. View the quiz results.

Expected Behavior

The formatting is correct in the quiz results.

Actual Behavior

The HTML is escaped.

This issue has be recreated:

  • Locally
  • On a staging site
  • On a production website
  • With only LifterLMS and a default theme
