Mention to be a Gogs fork on README.md

There is no mentioning of being a Gogs fork anymore, we should add a reference to the readme, maybe on the Purpose section.

Additionally to that the chinese translation should be in sync with the english version. The chinese version is mentioning the supported architectures, the english don't.
