Picture in email notification is not displayed in Outlook

Description

When a new issue contains an image in the description, it will not be displayed in Outlook due to requirement for authentication. This is different to webmails if the browser posseses authorized cookies.

I guess we should embed attached images in the mails directly, it's better from a longevity standpoint as well.
