Better SMTP Support

Description

I've been using Gitea for a while now (for my own closed source projects), and I recently attached SMTP servers to it. I noticed a few things that could be improved. Please see below:

1. Add an unsubscribe header to the emails sent. I've noticed that if people don't want notifications from Gitea (from watched repos), they will just mark me as spam, which hurts my reputation.
2. If possible, add the ability to reply to emails about watched issues as an easy way to comment.

If anyone else has any more ideas please leave them below.

I think there was already issue about reply functionally

That issue just covers the replying aspect of my request. Apologies that I didn't see it before. What about adding an unsubscribe header though?
