Embed software build version (gno version, gnoland version...)

make install should embed a version, which possibly is also put when we build the binaries in goreleaser, with the following format:

• [branch].[N]+[hash] for normal "builds", where branch is the branch being built, [N] is the number of total commits on the branch, and [hash] is the 10-character commit hash.
• [tag] for when there is a precise tag pointing to the commit, ie chain/test4.2.
