I am making the size of the Switch button larger, but I can't make it using "Layout-width" and "Layout-Height". Please let me know how to increase their size, because right now they are looking too small on my device.

Hello have the same issue, the workaround for me was to set a scale factor on the MaterialAnimatedSwitch.
android:scaleX="1.1" android:scaleY="1.1"
