• The bug that sometimes froze the vis.py was resolved by updating Mayavi to the lastest version, added that requirement to README. Also changed vis.py to get the Top-view on the first frame

• Modified spawn algorithm. Now selects a random point in the map and keep only points within half the lidar range from that point. Keep trying to spawn until achieving the specified number of vehicles
