I need to create a check list for accounts that use my email as a login ID so i can track passwords that need to be changed. I use CT to track all IDs and passwords that i have ever used for all web sites or services along with a date log of events related to each site.

There are password management packages you can launch from a CT instance.
LastPass, Bitwarden etc.
But what I now use is Proton Pass to protect login but link to added notes held in CT. And optionally add CT document in Proton Vault.
Create a free Proton Mail account.
Ensure that you signup for account recovery methods in case you lose master password since all data is encrypted.
