feat: build and deploy uffs-diag binaries for Windows

- Add lib.rs to uffs-diag crate to expose shared modules
- Fix inspect_mft_record_flow to use uffs_diag:: instead of crate::
- Build all 7 uffs-diag binaries for Windows x64:
  - analyze_mft_parents (19MB)
  - dump_mft_records (504KB)
  - scan_mft_magic (504KB)
  - dump_mft_extents (184KB)
  - cross_check_mft_reference (31MB)
  - compare_raw_mft (204KB)
  - inspect_mft_record_flow (516KB)
- Update checksums.txt with all binaries
