What do we think team topologies will look like that adopt spec-kit?

This might be a bit more of a meta question... If we envision a future where a shift has fully happened toward spec-driven development being a default way or working, what do people think teams will look like?

Are the two pizza teams a thing of the past, does agile/scrum even matter or do we need a spec manifesto? If a team moves down toward being 3-4 people, how do we create space for new team members to learn about this future of development?

This is a great question. IMHO the teams go from two pizza teams (scrum) to microteams (3-4 max) for stream aligned teams. What needs to get stronger is context sharing between microteams (contracts become increasingly more important).

Agree! Team sizes become smaller with less specialized roles. Small "pods" that resemble an old school pair programming approach, though this time it's a development orchestrator and a product owner.
