docs: Expand agentic authoring page to cover all AI agents and terminal setup

The agentic authoring documentation page incorrectly implied the experience was limited to GitHub Copilot on the web interface. Updated to clarify it works with all AI agents (Copilot, Claude, Codex) across multiple interfaces (web, terminal, VS Code).

Changes

• Introduction: Clarified multi-agent and multi-interface support
• Renamed section: "Quick Start" → "Using GitHub Copilot from the GitHub Web interface"
• Added terminal setup section: "Using Copilot CLI or Claude CLI from the Terminal" with:
  • Setup instructions for copilot-cli using install.md
  • Setup instructions for claude CLI using install.md
  • Benefits of terminal-based setup
  • Reference to install.md optimized for AI agent guidance
