Sort projects by title not project identifier

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit projects.conf
2. add [project "C"] and "B" and "A"
3. give each a title "TitleA", "TitleB", and "TitleC" respectively.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see on the "repositories" page the projects sorted by the title, but instead
I'm seeing them sorted by the identifier.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
