What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit repository name from test to proj/test and press Save
2. It'll fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After this you can see neither repository test nor proj/test in the repositories list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I found an workaround for this - edit file users.conf and replace all the occurences
of `test` with `proj/test`, then restart gitblit service and refresh page in the internet
browser. Repository will be available again.

I had the same issue with my renamed repos missing after I renamed it.  clicking on
'clear cache' on the front page reinstated the projects
