Must ship: bounded patch-chain discovery, released git-cas write-wave adoption by page/leaf/depth, a multi-patch performance fixture that can detect traversal regressions, registry-backed dependency evidence, counterbalanced git-warp plus current-Think semantic/performance witnesses, a release preflight that does not rerun already-proven expensive gates through prepack, and a pinned, cached, bounded-retry JSR bootstrap that never retries genuine validation failures. May ship: already-open bounded-memory tooling improvements that converge without weakening or delaying the must-ship evidence. Not included: storage-format migration, a second Git implementation, or native-library replacement.
