nxterm does not redraw character content on move window

When nxterm window is moved the characters already in nxterm are lost. It needs a reprint of all characters already displayed?

Yes, nxterm currently doesn't save screen contents, so the display is blanked when the window moved or unobscured. As mentioned in #151 (comment), its a little complicated to get this working in nxterm due to its original design, but I've written another terminal emulator in GFX that saves Unicode characters and attributes, but it's written for 32-bits and isn't ported to Nano-X (or ELKS) yet.
