The archive-tar-minitar gem was deprecated and made a shadow gem in 2017. It is locked to minitar < 1.0. The namespace Archive::Tar has been removed and minitar 1.0 supports only Ruby 3.1 or higher.

Thank you! And nice work on minitar!

I willl make some time in the near future to look through webgen and update this and other optional dependencies.
