Share Sentry resource identity types across CLI and MCP

Summary

• Define common organization, project, team, and issue identity fields in @sentry/toolkit-core/resource-identity.
• Use the types for CLI SDK overlays and check MCP Zod response outputs at compile time.
• Keep CLI string IDs and MCP string-or-number IDs; response parsing remains product-owned.

Validation

• pnpm run tsc, pnpm run lint, pnpm run docs:check, pnpm run check:generated, and focused Oxfmt check passed on Node 22.23.1.
• Focused CLI, MCP, and toolkit-core suites passed.
• pnpm run test passed: toolkit-core 54, CLI 10,558 (16 skipped), MCP-core 1,771 (6 skipped), MCP-server 87, MCP test-client 80, Cloudflare 433.
