chore(vue): Remove vue bundle generation

We don't publish these bundles to NPM and we don't write anywhere that we do.

Technically a breaking change, but not part of our public API contract so I'm fine with this refactor.

Looks like we removed the bundle creation in #4839 but only by modifying the build command. Not sure why but I didn't remove the build:bundle command back then. Anyway, this should be good as we're not publishing them anywhere anymore.
