Removing experiment for adding breadcrumbs for large mutations

Let's bump up the mutation size from 500 -> 2500 and remove the experiment for adding a breadcrumb for large mutations. This will allow us to start capturing how often large mutations happen as well as alert the user (in the Sentry UI) when it does happen.
