Cannot upgrade: "network redash_default was found but has incorrect label"

When I try to upgarde, I get this:

ubuntu@ip-172-31-9-145:/opt/redash$ sudo docker compose run --rm server manage db upgrade
WARN[0000] /opt/redash/docker-compose.yml: the attribute `version` is obsolete, it will be ignored, please remove it to avoid potential confusion 
WARN[0000] a network with name redash_default exists but was not created by compose.
Set `external: true` to use an existing network 
network redash_default was found but has incorrect label com.docker.compose.network set to ""

I'm currently on version 10.1.0. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think you are using older docker compose configuration. I think you need to use "docker-compose" instead of "docker compose" like this.

docker-compose run –rm server manage db upgrade

Or, you can upgrade docker compose configuration for the latest version referring below.

docker-compose with the hyphen has never worked for me:

ubuntu@ip-172-31-9-145:/opt/redash$ sudo docker-compose run --rm server manage db upgrade
ERROR: client version 1.22 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.24, please upgrade your client to a newer version

I think I once tried to upgrade Docker but ran into some trouble. Unfortunately I don't remember the details. Should I try it again?

(Sorry, I'm not at all knowledgeable about Docker, but I appreciate any help you can provide.)

Ah, I think it is nice to update compose.yaml for the latest docker.
How about updating compose.yaml referring below ?

Basically, I think you can replace the existing docker-compose.yml to the lastest compse.yaml , and adjust it if needed.

I copied that exact file, and when I ran the docker command it seemed to do some work but then ended with the same error:

If I use docker-compose with the hyphen, I still get the same error as before, plus more:

ERROR: The Compose file './docker-compose.yml' is invalid because:
Unsupported config option for x-redash-service: 'depends_on'
Unsupported config option for services: 'redis'

Thanks; I eventually got this going. I didn't do anythign with docker-compose.yml other than updating the image name.

I think the key thing was sudo docker compose down, sudo docker network prune, and sudo docker compose up -d.
