With getting EF to work, and possibly other people to contribute, do you still wish to look to use micro-orm?

Hmm, given the problems that we are seeing in getting what I see as a "simple" update to work, I am tempted to say continue to re-factor to get a micro-ORM in place. That way, we are a little closer to the metal, and not dependent on an opinionated framework telling us how to do it.

Thoughts?

This sort of thing is why I tend to avoid ORM's, be happy to continue to add a micro-ORM
