- Add LLM Flow help documentation in initial_db.sql
- Reorder Planning menu items: Settings, LLM Project Settings, Research Questions, Exclusion Criteria, Inclusion Criteria, Prompt Generation, Screening Phases, Papers Sources, Search Strategies
- Add LLM Configuration menu item in sidebar under Administration
- Update menu structure in Manager_lib.php and screening_manager_lib.php
- Add comprehensive LLM Flow help section explaining the 6-step workflow

Added disk cleanup step before running unit tests to free up space.

@rameenaamir137, check the errors in the cb5faf0 action. I hot-fixed the GA error, though I would like to investigate the root cause. For now, please check why the tests are failing and fix them as required. |
