ART - showing errors on search tab but not review tab

Reported by Karen Christie. The SheX errors are showing on the search tab but not review tab. It probably should behave the same and show it on both tabs.

e.g. this model doesn't show error on the review tab but did show error on the search tab:

Decision for now: suppress the error messages on the Noctua landing page for production, but keep on noctua-dev so that we can work on the content of the messages, and the ShEx itself, for a future release.
