To start working with the georisk cadastre project you need QGIS >= 3.34, then:
- Download the latest version from https://github.com/gbd-consult/georisk-cadastre/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
- Unzip the file georisk-cadastre-main.zip on you computer
- Open QGIS and connect with the Geopackage georisk-cadastre.gpkg in the Browser Widget
- Drag & Drop the QGIS project "event_cadastre" in the QGIS main window
