Part of the OpenShift epic #4243

Definition of done: users are able to use a Build action to build a container using an in-cluster builder and push the resulting image to some registry.

Tasks:

  • Create a document listing all the required setup steps and required permissions on OpenShift side
  • Create workarounds required for the local-docker builder to work on OpenShift
  • Create workarounds required for the kaniko builder to work on OpenShift
  • Create integration tests using OpenShift Local
