This simplifies the creation of an algebra-with-one via a structure constants table.
Up to now one had to create first an algebra and then set some filters and attributes by hand.
An example in the GAP library are the algebras created by
QuaternionAlgebra.See pull request #5486 for a related situation with rings defined by structure constants.
