A release would indeed be nice; I made another minor bugfix PR, and converted the manual title page to AutoDoc, to simplify the release process.

@Stefan-Kohl what do you say? We can take care of making the release, too. I guess the main steps are:

• merge remaining PRs
• update CHANGES file
• update version and release date in PackageInfo.g and README
• run release script from ReleaseTools

Same for RCWA.

RCWA is on GitHub already, so it will require even less efforts to publish a new release for RCWA.

@fingolfin If you would like to make new releases of RCWA / ResClasses, then please go ahead. -- Since there is no new or improved functionality which has been added since the previous release, I'd say just increment the patch level (third part of the version number). -- Thank you!

@fingolfin If the ResClasses manual is now built using AutoDoc(?), then the (now broken) function ResClassesBuildManual and its documentation should probably be removed. The same likely holds for the function RCWABuildManual in RCWA.
