Also, now each time all packages are loaded, a warning is displayed for Format:

#W  PackageDoc.Archive is withdrawn, use PackageDoc.ArchiveURLSubset instead

Would be nice to make a release to get rid of the warning - this is already fixed in the code.

While we are considering release, one could also convert README to markdown and try to add some tests (current coverage is about 30%).

Note that PackageDoc.Archive is already removed in the current release. As such, I don't think this issue here (which is about purely cosmetic improvements) such block or in any other way affect the GAP 4.11 release schedule.
