Hi -- missed this before -- I'm flattered that you think it is Ok for me to add tools :) but part of this request was routing it to make sure that the tool is appropriate for the server. Would it be Ok to separate that out? Request (usually from a user) versus determining how and if we can support it?
If it's an IUC/bgruening/galaxyp tool it is generally OK, if you're not sure you can do the pull request and then it's one step less for us where we can lose focus.
