@beatrizserrano wants a "hook" on approval to automatically schedule the resources.

We could potentially provide an entry point which is called with the "new" trainings as they're approved.

For EU, they could probably write something that looks like

look at event request
# of people
training materials / tools / workflows
available resources
and calculates how many resources should be provided
