Setup Staging Environment

Need

• We need a pre-production environment to verify changes before pushing live.
• This should be on the same platform the prod site will be on so we can minimize differences between staging/prod environments.

Approach

• Deploy on Netlify

Definition of Done

• Able to deploy view the starter site on staging at https://staging.jxtxfoundation.org
• http requests redirect to https

Not routed to staging. (yet), but it is connected to netlify and the main branch will automatically build at https://jxtxfoundation.netlify.app/ PRs will show preview builds, etc., in the build details.
