Help in creating a new workflow

Hi everyone!

First, thank you for the amazing work you do in keeping up the galaxy project and sorry if I am reaching out through an inappropriate channel.

In my last publication I worked with some tools that are all available on galaxy but not under one single workflow. I was directed here from the User Support center to look here for help in setting up a new workflow that could benefit the whole comunity. Let me know if I should use another way to receive this kind of support.

Looking forward to contribute to the Galaxy workflow library.

thank you @mvdbeek for your prompt response. I will study the tutorial. Althouhg, I can already tell you that there could be a need of some extra actions to connect the two tools since some of the output files from the first tool would need to be merged with the input file of the second tool. The original developer of the second of tool discuss it in his GitHub page and I was able to use the two tools synergically when I worked locally on my computer ( not on galaxy). Would you have any advice on this? Maybe I could send you an email to discuss the details?
