Now that Galaxy can use Conda as dependency resolver we should also use it for heterogenous clusters. Conda packages can be built for osx, win and linux and in theory this potential can now be used.
I guess we need to annotate certain destination in job_conf.xml with an arch attribute and depending on this create a new conda environment on the compute note.
