Describe the bug
Text selection is currently disabled on the rule based uploader error messages, making it harder to report issues.

Galaxy Version: 22.05, usegalaxy.org

To Reproduce

Generate an error message, e.g. Generating list:list:paired (I think) generates large error message on usegalaxy.org #14242
Attempt to select the error text.

Expected behavior
Selection is possible
