Apart from the potential difficulty in pytorch3d installation, the only issue is that the repo contains bash scripts. However, those scripts contain very basic commands which can be translated to work on the Windows terminal. You may try that but it will be frustrating if you're not experienced. The best solution would be to try installing a WSL with CUDA support. See https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/wsl-user-guide/index.html.
