Potentially OT: Reducing Latency with multiple Reolink live feeds in Lovelace/Config changes?

Hello folks:

I'm running a few RLC-811's and RLC-842's. HASS.io, core 2022.2.5, Ri4b.

I'm investigating the latency on my various viewing devices.

If I use the live Reolink camera feed from the Reolink app (while on the same LAN) as a baseline, I find that the HASS reolink_dev integration feeds are about 1 second behind the app. That's useable. However, if I use multiple Picture Glance cards (with the Reolink camera view set to "live") and the Preload Stream box checked, it adds another 4-5 seconds of lag, and the Lovelace page -on mobile, laptop, or Fire tablet - takes several seconds to load all 4 cameras.

Are there any suggestions to cut down the lag on the Lovelace page when loading multiple cameras with Picture Glance live feeds with the reolionk_dev integration?

Edit: In the Config--Options--Stream, I understand "Main" and "Sub"...but what's ext? I don't see it documented.
