⌘⌥R does not work by default (on macOS)

Probably since ⌘⌥R is already in use in the default 'Mac OS X 10.5+' keymap, the keybinding ⌘⌥R does not work by default. Actually, the randomness actions have no keys at all assigned after installing the plugin. Maybe it is a good idea to change the default binding to something that is not already in use.

Side note: nice work, very useful sometimes

I had checked that the key was not already in use on macOS, but after checking again it turns out I overlooked one.
Additionally, the key binding was first introduced in v0.5.0, but this version has not been approved yet on the plugin repository. That is, unless you're running the version uploaded to GitHub, there is no keybind in the plugin yet.

Regardless, I'll make sure the key binding is fixed in the next version (after v0.5.0).
