Join tables cannot be enclosed in parentheses #58

Cannot format following SQL.

SELECT * FROM (my_table AS a CROSS JOIN my_table) AS b

The reason is that the grammar side (tree-sitter-sql) is not able to handle it.
For the same reason, the following SQL cannot be formatted.

select
    *
from (
    (select a from t1)
    union all
    (select b from b2)
) tbl
