Rewrite pytest_runtestloop function, Using thread to realize concurrent running.

Usage

command line:pytest --concurrent={on:off} --sub_group=str

• concurrent: Used to open plugin, default "off"
• sub_group: Used to customize grouping parameters, default "group"
