Trustless gateways may not always return raw IPLD blocks when a path is requested. They should however always return car. Fixes #39

As shown in #39, some gateways won't accept
rawformat in requests including a path. This PR usescarrequests instead and fixes #39.This fix is still a bit ugly, as it doesn't use the additional blocks in the returned CAR to verify the correctness of the response.
