Repro steps

The following code throws an exception:
case 1:

QuotationEvaluator.Evaluate <@ fun (x: byte) (y: byte) -> x + y @>

case 2:

QuotationEvaluator.Evaluate <@ fun (x: byte) (y: byte) -> x * y @>

Actual behavior
