Plot dendrogram on chess engines similarity. The script will read a csv similarity output from simex program.
See dendrogram.csv for similarity matrix values.

If there are so many engines, you may increase the image vertical length by (default=9): 
 python similaritydendrogram.py --input dendrogram.csv --output simex.png --figy 16

To modify method of calculating distance between newly formed clusters (default=ward): 
 python similaritydendrogram.py --input dendrogram.csv --output simex.png --method complete
